Holy shit! Food Truck Thai Food Bar has the best Thai food I've ever hadddd!!! Take it from somebody who comes from Austin, Texas, food trucks always have the best food! Located right off of the Pai Walking Street, Food Truck Thai Food Bar offers a wide selection of Thai dishes - all made by the owner as he swivels around in his truck. Be patient because the food may take some time (there's only one cook), but you will not be disappointed! Highly recommend eating here while you're in Pai. I would literally cross Thailand for the food here!
