Happy Mango Thai Restaurant was a moderately priced restaurant with great tasting food in Vang Vieng! I was very contented with my - what appears to be stir fried noodles (I don't remember the menu item exactly, but I do remember the taste) - and after a long day partying on the tipsy tubing, it was perfect! A girl I had met that night (winky face) ordered pineapple fried rice, which came in a hollowed out pineapple! Good food and good company meant that I was a happy camper.
