A friend and I decided to treat ourselves to Mamma Shop Italian Restaurant after having walked 20 miles around the Angkor Wat temple complex. Although we were starving, this may have been some of the best pasta I've ever had! If you're missing cheese, this is your go-to spot in Siem Reap.
