Straight out of Santo Domingo and NYC, Melvin makes hand made Dominican food with a European artisan twist. He blends French inspired flavors with light Caribbean fare to produce dishes you will love. Out of all of the restaurants I have tried in Austin, the Doughminican is my favorite. As a matter of fact, during my 10 months in Austin, I was a Doughminican regular. Melvin operates out of a food truck at the Webberville Food Truck Park and offers catering for small to mid-sized events.
