ABOUT THE ESTABLISHMENT
The Temple Sourdough was one of my favorite bakeries in Siem Reap. They specialize in Western baked goods as opposed to the Khmer classics found at other bakeries. The Temple Sourdough has some of the best baguettes and croissants for your French bread fix! Like most Khmer bakeries, they typically offer takeaway. But the first time I visited, they offered me a table to sit at. The bread was fresh and I was happy!
